FISHING
For fishing enthusiasts, the Oglio river offers numerous alternatives, two comfortable positions, one of which is indoor, a few steps from our B&B with the possibility of catches throughout the year and in all weather conditions. Possibility of organizing fishing trips on the river from the shore or by boat with specialized fishing guide also suitable for the less experienced.
CATFISH FISHING

Numerous are foreigners who come to the shores of the Oglio every year to hunt for the famous catfish which in these waters reaches record size (over 100 kg). The best seasons are spring and autumn especially when the river level rises.
FISHING CARP FISCHING
​
For carp fishing enthusiasts, the Oglio river offers a good number of carp with peaks weighing up to 22 kg practicable in all seasons even in winter the water temperature never drops below 6 ° C. The real flagship for lovers of this discipline, however, are the Amur (Carpe Erbivore) present in large numbers with record weights (up to 26 kg) which make the Oglio River the best Italian river for capturing these specimens.
PULSE FISHING OR FEEDER

Even these fishing techniques practicable in all seasons give a lot of satisfaction to enthusiasts who also come from other regions of Italy to catch the large barbs present in the river with weights up to 4.5 kg. There are numerous varieties of fish that can be captured with these techniques and in fact there is a large community of Abramids, Carps and American catfish. Less numerous but present are the chubs, crucians and some rare pigo.
SPINNING FISHING

Spinning fishing with artificial bait it is practicable both from the shore and from the boat; it is mainly aimed at Catfish, Aspio, Chub and Lucioperca.
LIVE FISHING

Bottom live fishing is mainly aimed at zander during the winter and catfish throughout the year with the possibility of catching some rare pike.
FISHING WITH AMERICAN FISH

Fishing for American catfish has spread a lot in recent years and is practicable with various techniques, both at the bottom with natural or live bait and with spinning. It is practicable especially from April to November and can give specimens up to 5 kg.
